As the Chief Financial Officer, Michael Smith began his career after graduating with High Distinction from Babson College, majoring in Economics, Finance, and Investments. Remarkably, at the age of 24, he became the youngest partner at National Environmental, a company owned by Beth Caeran. Over the past three decades, Michael has successfully established multiple startup organizations in the United States, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, and the CARICOM Region, showcasing his astute ability to identify business opportunities. He has a proven track record of forging strong strategic partnerships, assembling effective leadership teams, and collaborating to capitalize on market opportunities. Michael also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Excel Guyana Inc. Excel collaborates directly with foreign investors to leverage Guyana's economic potential from the Oil & Gas and Mining Sectors. With his wealth of experience in Fund Management, Infrastructure, and Development projects, Michael has managed to steer the KEZO Group as one of the top vendors for a partnership with Blackson Arrow SAF. Michael currently resides with his family in Naples, Florida.
